In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Users shall not use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, transmit any viruses or other harmful components, or post any material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening or infringes upon intellectual or propriety right of others. Users are strictly prohibited from using our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event that Gymlad Clothing is unable to fulfill an order received, we will notify the user within 7 calendar days. Payment must be made at the time of purchase by credit or debit card on checkout via PayPal or Stripe. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders placed within the UK will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, with transit times of 1-5 days working days from dispatch.
Free Postage (options) if available will take longer than our paid services.
We also provide a delivery service worldwide for which pricing is available at checkout.

5. Returns Policy

At Gymlad Clothing, we strive for quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive faulty or damaged merchandise, we are happy to arrange a return and replacement.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items
    • If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our https://www.gymlad.com/contact  page with your order details and details of the issue.
    • Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within a further 14 days.
    • In cases where a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Return Shipping & Costs
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
  4. Processing Time
    • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
